A son of immigrants born in Seattle, Fong – member of the Class of 2019 as well as President and Founder of the Cornell Entrepreneurship Club – grew up surrounded by the ethic of enterprise, his small business-owning parents instilling in him from youth the type of freedom and personal accountability that can come working for yourself.
Chad Fong, AEM major and President and Founder of the Cornell Entrepreneurship Club, is passionate about connecting entrepreneurs to the resources necessary to achieve their goals. In order to facilitate this process, Chad decided to take on his own entrepreneurial project by creating IvyStart. This startup is a living space specifically designed to support entrepreneurs by providing them with tools for a lifestyle conducive to their ambitious pursuits.
